Oklahoma woman cited for felony DWI after head-on collision on 43 injures Seneca teen

A Commerce, Oklahoma woman was charged with felony driving while intoxicated following a two-vehicle collision in which two people were injured 11:50 p.m. Saturday on MO 43, four miles south of Joplin.

According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2013 Nissan Versa driven by Sandra L. Nowlin, 46, Commerce, Oklahoma, crossed the center line and struck a 2005 Ford F-150 driven by Kayden B. Hancock, 17, Seneca, head on.








Hancock was treated for minor injuries at Mercy Hospital, Joplin.

Nowlin, who was also charged with careless and imprudent driving, was treated for moderate injuries at Mercy.
