Gravette man airlifted to Freeman West after collision on 71, cited for DWI

A Gravette, Arkansas man was charged with driving while intoxicated, following a two-vehiele collision 6;20 p.m. Friday on  U. S. 71 in Jane.

According to the Highway Patrol report, Wyatt A. Swank, 23, Gravette, driving a 1992 Chevrolet S-10, ran a stop light and was struck by a 1996 Ford F-150 driven by Arnulfo Torres-Navarro, 60, Noel.

Swank was flown to Freeman West Hospital, Jopin, to be treated for serious injuries.
