Seneca Police Department makes arrests on Seneca, Webb City, Aurora warrants

On 6-16-19, Officer Thiel saw a cloud of smoke by Gas-N-Snack that looked to be a vehicle fire.

Officer Thiel made contact with the occupants of the vehicle. The passenger, James Grubb had four warrants: one from Seneca for False Info to Police, two Webb City Warrants for: Trespassing and Shoplifting, and an Aurora Warrant for: Trespassing. Grubb was arrested and transported to Newton County Jail.

On 6-13-19, Officer Housley made a traffic stop at the intersection of Hwy U and 43 for an equipment violation. 

The driver, Dane Wilson had a Seneca Warrant for: FTA Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Wilson was arrested for his warrant and new charges of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Open Container, and Driving without a License. Wilson was transported to Newton County Jail.
