A Sarcoxie man was injured in a one-vehicle accident 10:30 p.m. Monday on County Road 30, one mile south of Sarcoxie.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 1985 Chevrolet S-10 driven by Alex F. Phelps, 16, Sarcoxie, traveled through a T intersection and struck a dirt embankment.
A passenger, Marshall L. Springer, 18, Sarcoxie, was treated for minor injuries at Mercy Hospital, Joplin.
