According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2007 Pontiac G6 driven by Dallas J. Lewis, 20, Neosho, ran off the roadway and struck a ditch.
A passenger in the vehicle, Mindy J. Johnson, 19, Granby, was treated for minor injuries at Freeman West Hospital, Joplin.
