A Jane man was cited for driving while intoxicated following a one-vehicle accident 9:45 p.m. Tuesday on Bear Hollow Road two and a half miles southeast of Jane.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 1996 Toyota T100 pickup driven by Nicholas A. Walker, 21, Jane, ran off the roadway and struck a tree.
Walker, who receive minor injuries, was also cited for careless and imprudent driving involving a crash and for not wearing a seat belt.
