07/24/2024 Officers were dispatched to a disturbance/verbal in progress. The parties separated for the night.

0725/2024 Officer was advised by an individual who stated they saw a man take some boards from a neighbor’s residence. Investigation continues.

07/25/2024 Officers observed a vehicle at the gas pumps at Pete’s after the business had closed. The vehicle left and drove on the street without headlights on. Vehicle was stopped and driver was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated 1st Offense and transported to the Barton County Jail where he was issued two citations, one for Driving While Suspended and one for Driving While Intoxicated.

07/25/2024 Officers were dispatched to Walmart regarding a theft not in progress. Citations for Trespassing and Stealing will be issued.

07/27/2024 Officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle driving erratically. Driver was placed under arrest and transported to the Barton County Jail. Citations were issued for Driving While Intoxicated 1st Offense, Seat Belt Violation, Fail to Drive on Right Half of Road, Failure to Signal and No Operators License.

07/28/2024 Officer spoke to an individual regarding theft of some items. Investigation continues.
