A Neosho man was injured in a one-vehicle accident 10:05 p.m. Friday on Highway B eight and a half miles west of Goodman.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2022 ZEPC ATV driven by Michael D. Castleberry, 50, Neosho, crashed when Castleberry overcorrected and was ejected.
Castleberry was airlifted to Cox South Hospital, Springfield, to be treated for serious injuries.
