Two people were injured in a two-vehicle accident 3:50 p.m. Friday on at MO 248 and MO 173 one mile west of Billings.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2005 Acura MDX driven by Osbaldo R. Paniagua, 28, Joplin, failed to yield at a stop sign and struck a 2014 Ford E250 driven by Jeremiah J. Burchfield, 45, Exeter, causing it to run off the roadway and overturn.
Paniagua was treated for moderate injuries at Cox South Hospital, Springfield.
Birchfield received minor injuries and refused treatment at the scene.
