Two people were injured in a one-vehicle accident 1:50 p.m. today on Kodiak Road, one mile south of Neosho.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2005 Jeep Liberty driven by Justin K. Cook, 32, Branson, ran off the road, struck a tree and overturned.
Cook was treated for serious injuries and a passenger, Nathaniel Hatton, 14, Neosho, for minor injuries at Freeman West Hospital, Joplin.
