A Goodman woman was charged with driving while intoxicated following a one-vehicle accident 10:53 p.m. Sunday on Route K, seven miles east of Pineville.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2006 Dodge Durango driven by Diana L. Shoemaker, 35, Goodman, went off the left side of the road and overturned.
Shoemaker, who was treated for minor injuries at Freeman Neosho, was also charged with careless and imprudent driving, driving while revoked, no insurance, no seat belt, a misdemeanor Newton County warrant for failure to appear on driving while revoked and misdemeanor Neosho Police Department warrant for failure to appear on driving while revoked.
