A Baxter Springs, Kansas man was injured in a one-vehicle accident 5;25 a.m. today on Highway YY, approximately two miles east of Carl Junction.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2016 Toyota Corolla driven by Xzavier T. Morris, 19, Carl Junction, ran off the north side of the roadway and overturned.
A passenger, Chandler M. Underhill, 22, Baxter Springs, was treated for minor injuries at Freeman West Hospital, Joplin.
