Three arrested, meth, weapon, stolen pickup confiscated during JPD raid at 2102 Kensington

On 11/19/2018 at approximately 2200 hours Ozarks Drug Enforcement Team and Joplin Police Officers served a search warrant at 2102 Kensington in Joplin Missouri.

There were five subjects in the residence at the time of the warrant and one suspect jumped out of an upstairs window and was detained by perimeter officers. 



The following items were seized from the residence. 1.) Digital Scales 2.) Baggies with white crystal substance that field test positive for meth 3.) 9mm Handgun 4.) Stolen 1995 Chevrolet pickup.

Jessica Edens 36 was arrested for Distribution of a Controlled Substance and had a felony warrant out of Oklahoma for possession of a stolen vehicle. 

Christopher Short 36 was arrested for active warrants out of Joplin. 

David Keith Green 50 was arrested for Tampering 1st degree. 

The above suspects were all transported to Joplin City Jail without incident. The other two subjects were released at the scene. Charges are pending with Jasper County Prosecutor's Office at this time.
