Galena Police: Do you know this suspect in car, identity theft cases?

The Galena Police Department is trying to identify the person and vehicle in the accompanying photos.

This person is suspected of a Vehicle Burglary, Criminal use of a Financial Card and Identity Theft. 

The Vehicle Burglary occurred in Galena, KS on November 1, 2018. He is pictured driving a white Dodge Magnum and using the stolen cards in Joplin, MO.
