City of Neosho to hold Citizens Academy

(From the City of Neosho)

Are you passionate, curious, or have an interest in the City of Neosho. If you are at least 18 years of age or older and reside within the city limits of Neosho here is your chance.

The City of Neosho will be hosting an inaugural Citizen Academy starting in January of 2019.

The academy offers citizens insight into how the town functions through sessions held within the different town departments and with town staff and elected officials. Most sessions are held at the department itself, with the staff providing a tour and an overview of department functions, with a question and answer session at the end of each program. The academy sessions will take place once a week, requiring an approximate two hour time commitment each week for eight weeks.
