11/19/2018 Bladimiro M Juarez 51 of Carthage, MO was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated, Driving
While Revoked and Assault 4th Degree.
11/21/2018 Rusty W Rowden 42 of Joplin, MO was arrested for Resisting by Fleeing.
The charges for which the above were arrested are mere accusations and are not evidence of guilt.
Evidence in support of the charges must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction whose duty is
to determine guilt or innocence.
