Ronald L. Hangee, 41, was charged with felony possession of a controlled substance- alprazolam, felony tampering with physical evidence, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to signal, failure to drive on the right half of the roadway and following too closely.
According to the Patrol report, Hangee was placed on a 24-hour hold in the Laclede County Jail in Lebanon.
