* TIMING...Gusty northwesterly winds will develop during the mid
  morning hours and continue through the early evening hours
  today.

* WINDS...Northwest at 25 to 35 mph with gusts of 40 to 50 mph.

* IMPACTS...Difficult driving, especially for high profile
  vehicles. Loose outdoor items may also be blown around and
  damaged.
