A Pierce City woman was injured in a one-vehicle accident 7:40 a.m. today on Highway J, five miles east of Diamond.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 1999 Dodge Durango driven by Marisa R. Garrett, 22, Pierce City, began sliding on the snow-covered roadway, went off the left side and overturned.
Garrett was treated for minor injuries at Freeman West Hospital, Joplin.
