2/26/2019 Cody L Wells 40 of Carl Junction, MO was arrested for Failure to Register as Sex Offender.
2/27/2019 Autumn D Frazier 32 of Joplin, MO was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
The charges for which the above were arrested are mere accusations and are not evidence of guilt.
Evidence in support of the charges must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction whose duty
is to determine guilt or innocence.
