Three people were injured in a two-vehicle collision 3:50 p.m Thursday on MO 66, three miles west of Joplin.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2004 Mazda Tribute driven by Cheyenne R. Young, 18, Galena, Kansas, failed to yield to a 2017 Kia Soul driven by Madelyn P. Lake, 21, Miami, Oklahoma.
Three passengers in the Lake vehicle, Olivia Lake, 4, Gracie Lake, 5, and Megan Lake, 17, all of Baxter Springs, Kansas, were treated for minor injuries at Freeman West Hospital, Joplin.
