Hit-and-run driver injures Reeds man on lawn mower

A Reeds man was injured in a two-vehicle collision 11:20 p.m. Wednesday on Elm Road one mile west of Reeds.

According to the Highway Patrol report, a Poulan Pro 700Ex lawn mower driven by Danny W. Finley, 61, Reeds, was struck by an unknown vehicle, which left the scene.

The lawn mower traveled off the left side of the roadway, ejecting Finley.

Finley was treated for moderate injuries at Mercy Joplin.
