Two Diamond teens were injured in a one-vehicle accident 8 p.m. Thursday on Aspen Road, two miles north of Diamond.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2008 Pontiac G6 driven by Corbin A. Baker, 18, Diamond, ran off the roadway and struck a tree.
A passenger, Jerrica B. Brown, 19, Diamond, was treated for serious injuries at Freeman West Hospital, Joplin.
Baker refused treatment for minor injuries.
