10/31/2018 Levi D Lucas 26 of Carthage, MO was arrested for Resisting Arrest and Assault on Law
Enforcement Officer 2nd degree.
10/31/2018 Jonathan I Overman 24 of Carthage, MO was arrested for Tampering in the 2nd degree.
10/31/2018 Mason J McClure 31 of Jasper, MO was arrested for Tampering in the 1st degree.
11/1/2018 Jacob I Huffman 21 of Columbus, KS was arrested for Possession of Controlled Substance.
The charges for which the above were arrested are mere accusations and are not evidence of guilt.
Evidence in support of the charges must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction whose duty is
to determine guilt or innocence.
