Mainly heavy snow is expected from the Lake of the Ozarks area into the eastern Ozarks. A wintry mix is expected elsewhere. Significant travel impacts will become likely by late this afternoon and especially this evening across central Missouri and the eastern Ozarks. Impacts to travel are then expected from later this evening into Saturday across much of the remainder of the Missouri Ozarks.
