Best is wanted on violations of the Kansas Offender Registration Act. 

She is described as 5’05, 175 pounds, brown hair, green eyes and has a tattoo on her neck. Please contact the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office at 620-429-3992 with info as to her whereabouts.
