Three arrested after Drug Enforcement Team, Newton County Sheriff, Duquesne PD execute search warrant, heroin, meth confiscated

On 03/13/2019 ODET detectives served a search warrant at 11319 FF Highway A-11.

ODET detectives were assisted by Newton County deputies and Duquesne PD. ODET detectives arrested three subjects at this location after seizing suspected heroin and meth from the trailer. 

Donnie Tunnell, 27 years of age, was arrested on numerous felony warrants from multiple jurisdictions and was also being sought in connection to several burglaries in the area. Tunnel was also charged with possession of a controlled substance. 








Lisa Sidney, 30 years of age, was arrested on two felony warrants out of Jasper County and was also charged with possession of a controlled substance and destruction of evidence after trying to swallow suspected methamphetamines. 

Shannon Sidney, 29 years of age. was arrested for possession of a controlled substance after locating suspected heroin on her person.

The charges on all three suspects are currently pending with the Newton County Prosecutor's Office.
