Three people were injured in a two-vehicle crash 3:48 p.m. Sunday on MO 43, six miles north of Joplin.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2012 Dodge Avenger driven by April L. Simmons, 23, Wichita, Kansas, pulled into the path of a 2015 Jeep Renegade driven by Caleb A. Whetzell, 28, Frontenac, Kansas.
Simmons was treated for moderate injuries at Mercy Hospital, Joplin.
Whetzell and a passenger in his vehicle, Brandi P. Whetzell, 26, Frontenac, Kansas, were treated for moderate injuries at Freeman West Hospital, Joplin.
