An Everton woman was injured in a three-vehicle accident 9:45 a.m. today on I-44, one mile west of Fidelity.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2014 Honda CRV driven by Janel L. Graves, 55, Everton, was slowing due to a stalled vehicle in the passing lane, when it was struck in the rear by a 2015 Lincoln MKX driven by Robert V. Cory, 78, Lockwood.
A detached wheel from the Cory vehicle struck a 2016 Ford F-150 driven by Ronald D. Frieze, 54, Cassville.
Graves was treated for minor injuries at Freeman West Hospital, Joplin.
