On 06-09-2019, a Sarcoxie Officer was dispatched to a trespass in progress. When he arrived on the scene, he was slightly shocked.
Shaun P James, 35, of Springfield, MO had backed his SUV into the gentleman's shed after being told to leave the property. The Officer detained James due to the nature of the call.
James claimed that he knew the homeowner, which was not the case. James made statements that he wanted what was in the shed and proceeded to use his vehicle the make his own entry point.
Due to James's state of mind and statements made, he was asked if he had taken any forms of illegal drugs. He stated that "I haven't taken anything, only a lot".
James was then placed under arrest for Trespass, Burglary, Property Damage, and Driving While Revoked. He was transported to the Jasper County Jail.
James is innocent until proven guilty by the courts.
