(From Southern News Service)
You still have time to enroll in spring semester classes at Missouri Southern State University.
The majority of the Missouri Southern campus offices will be closed for the Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday on Monday, Jan. 18.
However, the next day, Tuesday, Jan. 19, is the first day of classes for the spring semester.
“For that reason, our key support offices will be open on Monday to assist students,” says Darren Fullerton, vice president for student affairs.
Specific offices to be open will include Admissions, Registrar’s Office, Bursar’s Office, Financial Aid, Advising, Counseling and Testing (ACTS), MSSU Bookstore and Lion Card Office.
All of those offices with the exception of the Bookstore will be open from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. for student convenience.
The Bookstore will be open from 7:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Fullerton says students can enroll, finalize any registration issues, pick up books, get ID and parking passes, move into Residence Halls and take care of other issues.
For more information, either visit the university, contact the Admissions Department at 417-625-9378 or e-mail admissions@mssu.edu
