Highway Patrol arrests Joplin woman on Newton County felony warrant
The Highway Patrol arrested a Joplin woman 12:52 a.m. in Clay County.
According to the report, Huyen T. Nguyen, 46, Joplin, was charged with a felony warrant out of Newton County.
