Joplin Police ask for help identifying unlawful use of a weapon suspect

The Joplin Police Department is seeking assistance with the identification of the male subject in the photos. 

The male is a suspect in an unlawful use of a weapon that occurred on April 13 ,2018. 

The male appears to have tattoos on his left arm, skinny build, “scraggly” beard, and flourished a matte black handgun. The vehicle is a white Kia and appears to have paper tags, possibly beginning with 3JB.
