4/13/18 Carlos G. Rabanales-Ochoa, 20 of Joplin, was arrested for DWI and Driving While Suspended.

4/13/18 Erin L. Parks, 21, was arrested for Driving While Revoked and Possession of a Controlled Substance.

4/13/18 Jerry L. Smith, 32 of Neosho, was arrested for Driving While Revoked.

4/14/18 Tracy G.L. Warren Jr., 29 of Joplin, was arrested for Resisting Detention, Driving While Revoked, Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

4/15/18 Casey L. Roth, 24 of Joplin, was arrested for DWI.

4/16/18 Savannah E. Willis, 33 of Duenweg, was arrested for Burglary 2nd, and Stealing a Firearm.

4/16/18 Kevin L. Kivett, 57 of Joplin, was arrested for Resisting Arrest.

The charges for which the above were arrested are mere accusations and are not evidence of guilt. Evidence in support of the charges must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction whose duty is to determine guilt or innocence.
