A Neosho man was charged with driving while intoxicated following a one-vehicle accident 4:45 a.m. Sunday on Route K, two miles west of Racine.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 1998 Ford Ranger driven by Cody A. Boyer, 20, Neosho, left the roadway on a curve and struck a fence.
Boyer was treated for minor injuries at Mercy Hospital, Joplin.
