Shannon Becker at Joplin News First is reporting that a body has been found in water by I-49, two miles south of Lamar.
According to Becker, a vehicle went off the highway and into a creek.
Authorities are not releasing information at this point and next of kin have not been notified.
In the video, Becker takes us along the area where the body was located.
The case is being investigated by the Missouri Highway Patrol.
