Southern Theatre to present production of "Hyronomous A. Frog: The Frog Prince"

(From Southern News Service)

Southern Theatre will present “Hyronomous A. Frog: The Frog Prince” at 7 p.m. Friday, Nov. 16, and 2:30 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, Nov. 17-18, in the Bud Walton Theatre at Missouri Southern State University.
The bored and unhappy Hyronomous, an inept and lonely frog prince, lives in a bog in the kingdom of Spamelot. One day, a good witch appears and tells him he was once a human prince and it was a spell that turned him into an amphibian. To break this wizardry, Hyronomous must be kissed by a maiden and he sets his sights on the spoiled and petulant Princess Gladiola.
The show is directed by Anne G. Lile. Tickets are $3 for adults and $1 for children 12 and under, and will be available at the door.
