The Highway Patrol arrested a Joplin woman possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia charges 4:53 p.m. today in Wright County.
According to the Patrol report, Peggy S. Dixon, 53, was also charged with driving while revoked and failure to register motor vehicle.
