4/3/18 Kenneth O. Zerkel, 55 of Webb City, was arrested for DWI.
4/4/18 Timothy J. Moody, 49 of Columbus, KS, was arrested for DWI.
4/4/18 Andrey C. Sutton, 26 of Wright City, MO, was arrested for Trespassing and Property Damage 2nd.
The charges for which the above were arrested are mere accusations and are not evidence of guilt. Evidence in support of the
charges must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction whose duty is to determine guilt or innocence.
