A Seneca man was charged with driving while intoxicated (drugs) following a one-vehicle accident 2:40 a.m. today on MO 86, one mile north of Racine.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2014 Toyota Camry driven by Dalton J Sturgis, 21, Seneca, traveled off the left side of the roadway and overturned.
Sturgis, who was also charged with careless and imprudent driving, was treated for minor injuries at Freeman West Hospital, Joplin.
