Due to the Carthage Library remodeling project, the motor vehicle inspection testing location will be moved to the Joplin Library for the remainder of 2018.
Classes will start at 9 a.m. on August 21, September 18, October 16, November 20, and December 18. The Joplin Library is located at 1901 East 20th Street. Please contact Motor Vehicle Inspector Supervisor Joe Eldred at 417-359-1500, extension 4563, with any questions.
