As part of a historic preservation effort, the City of Joplin is working with Rosin Preservation, LLC of Kansas City, to learn more about East Town in Joplin relating to this area’s historical buildings, sites, and events.
This past spring, the East Town Historic Resources Survey was conducted. Results of the survey will be discussed during an Informational Meeting at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, July 31 at the Bookhouse Cinema, 715 E. Broadway.
