A Noel man was charged with driving while intoxicated following a one-vehicle accident 3:25 a.m. today on MO 90. just west of Noel.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2005 Ford Focus driven by Joston Andrewe, 32, Noel, ran off the right side of the roadway and overturned.
Andrewe, who was treated for minor injuries at Freeman Neosho, was also cited for not having a valid driver's license and for careless and imprudent driving.
