7/17/2018 Alexander O Barnes 46 of Anderson, MO was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated,
Driving While Revoked, Careless and Imprudent Driving and Resisting Arrest.
7/17/2018 Michael D Kannard 23 of Oronogo, MO was arrested for Driving While Suspended and
Fail to Provide Proof of Insurance.
7/17/2018 Jason E Pennington 43 of Sarcoxie, MO was arrested for Domestic Assault 4th Degree.
7/19/2018 Bobby G Cope III 39 of Joplin, MO was arrested for Resisting or Interfering with Arrest,
Fugitive From Out of State and Possession of Drug paraphernalia.
The charges for which the above were arrested are mere accusations and are not evidence of guilt.
Evidence in support of the charges must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction whose
duty is to determine guilt or innocence.
