7/24/2018 Marcia L Switzer 60 of Joplin, MO was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and Fail to
Maintain Right Half of Roadway.
7/24/2018 Aaron R Powers 41 of Neosho, MO was arrested for Fugitive from Justice.
7/24/2018 Gatlin M Pennington 25 of Carterville, MO was arrested for Assault 3rd Degree.
7/26/2018 Dallas W Lentz 24 of Duneweg, MO was arrested for Assault 4th Degree and Stealing.
The charges for which the above were arrested are mere accusations and are not evidence of guilt.
Evidence in support of the charges must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction whose duty
is to determine guilt or innocence.
