Stabbing Investigation
Sunday at 11:55 a.m. we received a call to 3320 South Texas Avenue, Oxford Park Apartments, for a call of a male who had been stabbed.
Officers located a stabbing victim. Officers followed a blood trail along with witness information to an apartment where they got no answer. Entry was forced into the apartment to check the well being and another male who had been stabbed was located. Both males were transported to local hospitals for non life threatening stab wounds.
Detectives were called to the scene to investigate. Ultimately the second male with injuries was taken into custody. We do not believe there is any further danger to the community and are not seeking anyone else in this case. No names are being released at this time as the investigation is ongoing. This was an isolated incident.
