$2000 reward offered as search continues for Joplin man missing since 2010

The family of Shawn P. Gallagher is requesting public assistance in locating him.

Gallagher is a white male, approximately 5’09” and 145 pounds and would be turning 46 years old this month. Gallagher was last seen in Joplin on June 3rd, 2010 and reported missing to police July 3, 2010.

The Joplin Police Department has investigated many leads in this case but the whereabouts of Gallagher are still unknown.

His family is now offering a $2,000 reward for any information that would confirm his whereabouts. Gallagher left two teenage children behind at the time who would like to know what happened to him. We encourage any person with knowledge of the circumstances of the disappearance or the location of Shawn to contact Sgt. Duncan 417-623-3131 ext. 600.
