A hit-and-run driver ran over a woman in the Wal-Mart parking lot in Jane 11:40 a.m. Sunday.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a vehicle was backing in the parking lot and hit a pedestrian, Dorothy J. Matthews, 57, Mountainburgh, Arkansas. The driver fled the scene.
Matthews was treated for minor injuries at Northwest Regional Medical Center, Bentonville, Arkansas.
