(From the Joplin Public Library)
On Thursday, March 31, from 10:30 a.m. to 12 noon, the United Way Success by 6 Mobile Toy Library will be in the west parking lot of the Joplin Public Library.
Toys that encourage the development of young children from birth to six years of age will be available to children (and their grown-up) who would like to come play. The toys may be borrowed for a two week period at no cost.
Emma Frogge, Program Director for the Mobile Toy Library and Tammie Benham, Children’s Librarian at Joplin Public Library, will be on hand for anyone wishing to talk about using the toys to help with the development of young children.
The Mobile Toy Lending Library will visit again Saturday, April 30 from 10:30 am to Noon.
