A Bella Vista, Arkansas woman was charged with driving while intoxicated following a one-vehicle accident 1:55 a.m. today on U. S. 71 in Jane.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2005 Hyundai Santa Fe driven by Kyla V. Meador, 27, Bella Vista, ran off the roadway after she lost control, struck a rock bluff and overturned.
Meador and a passenger, Seth T. Jacobs, 38, Bella Vista, were treated for moderate injuries at Northwest Arkansas Medical Center, Bentonville.
Meador was also charged with careless and imprudent driving.
